 All firearm sales comply with federal, state, and local Wisconsin laws. Online firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for background check and transfer. Buyers must complete the Wisconsin Firearms Transfer Record and pass the required background check before taking possession. 

 You must be 18 or older to purchase rifles or shotguns, and 21 or older to purchase handguns. Firearms are not shipped directly to individuals. We do not sell or transfer to anyone prohibited by law under Wis. Stat. § 941.29 or federal law. 

 Always handle firearms responsibly. Keep guns unloaded and locked when not in use, and store ammunition separately. Follow all local and federal firearm safety rules and manufacturer instructions.
